Unopened orders within the first 10 days from the delivery date can be returned for a 100% refund.
We do not charge a restocking fee but return shipping is paid by the customer.
Saber X does not pay for the return shipping on the orders.
How to initiate a return
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number within 10 days since the order delivery and request a return shipping label.
You must contact us BEFORE returning your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Our response with the pre-paid shipping label is the formal return authorization for orders in Canada and the US.
Saber X will email a prepaid shipping label that you should affix to the original saber box. Make sure the box is tightly closed and secured to avoid any damages during shipping. Please put the return label over the original label to avoid any possible address confusion at the post office.
Our sabers are covered by a 6 months full warranty*. If you experience any issues with your saber within the first 6 months since receiving the order we will repair or replace your saber free of charge.
The warranty is provided only to the original customer and proof of purchase is required for warranty coverage.
Saber X will either replace or repair your items at our own discretion.
The shipping is Free in Canada and the US.
Customers that are located outside Canada and the US and will have to ship the item(s) to the any of the warehouses located in the Canada or China. We will Refund $15 CAD for the shipping cost.
The shipping of the repaired/replaced product(s) back to the customer is free in any location.
*Warranty is valid for manufacture defects, not for damaged products in heavy dueling. Our sabers are meant to be battled with and can withstand dueling but excessive force wont be warrantied. Damage from dueling will be inspected on a case-by-case basis to determine the cause of damage. (Saber X reserves the right to choose which sabers to warranty if its deemed that the saber received damage from excessive force). We trust our product and have made sure they can withstand dueling but due to the electronic components in the Xenopixel and Proffie Blades, we are unable to warranty the blades against damage in dueling.
NOTE - Any products that are customized by means of custom acid etching or powder coating are not eligible for a return or refund. Minor dents, scratches and imperfections are not covered as a defect. Any damages that are due to dueling or incorrect use will also not be covered under warranty. The electronics are warrantied for one year against manufacturer defects. If a defect is found, we will work with the customer to make sure that the product is working properly. If a product needs to be sent back for repairs or returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. Be sure to read all instructions and follow proper charging methods. Failure to do so will void warranty. If the item is damaged due to poor shipping, we will work with you to either have the item fixed or replaced. For some item’s replacement parts are also available. Removing or tampering with electronics may void warranty. Refunds, repairs, or replacements will not be honored for improperly altering of saber or sound font files. Altering the saber hilt or electronics in anyway will void the warranty. We will not honor a return, replace, or fix a saber that has been intentionally damaged, scratched, weathered, ground down, cut, drilled, acid etched, painted, powder coated, anodized, or have extra parts glued or welded to the hilt. Please follow all instructions for use and proper care of electronics and batteries. Using a different charging cable or battery charger that was not supplied with the saber or charging the saber in an improper manner will void the warranty.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the date that we received the returned products. Depending on your form of payment it may take 1 - 5 days for the payment to clear, however in most cases it will appear immediately.
The returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition. The return must include all the materials that came with the original shipping including the product, tool, instruction manual and packaging.
Damages and issues upon receipt
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. We will help you to either exchange or return your item as quickly as possible.
If you changed your mind you can request the order cancelation. We will be able to cancel your order if it did not get shipped out yet. So, if you change your mind we advice you to request a cancelation as quickly as possible. If your order was already shipped you should request a return instead. You will be responsible to pay the shipping costs for the returned item(s).
